These terms govern your use of Outstryde. By creating or using an account, you agree to them.

The service

Outstryde provides private social step competitions using activity you authorize from Apple Health. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

Wellness, not medical advice

Outstryde is intended for general wellness and entertainment. It is not a medical service or medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified professional about health concerns. Step and distance information may be delayed, incomplete, or affected by device and Apple Health data sources.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Apple account secure. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person. You may delete your Outstryde account at any time in the app.

Groups and conduct

Groups are private and invitation-based. You are responsible for the group names, photos, invitations, and reactions you share. Do not harass others, violate privacy, upload unlawful or infringing material, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access. Group owners may remove members, and members may leave groups. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Ownership

You retain rights in content you provide. You grant Outstryde a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. Outstryde’s software, visual design, and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or particular fitness outcomes. Outstryde is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or discontinue features. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. You may stop using Outstryde and delete your account at any time.
